Virtually all of our clients are working to better understand the complex relationships linking traditional air pollutants, such as ozone and particulate matter, to greenhouse gases (GHGs) and climate change. STI helps clients use their existing air quality management data and resources to address GHGs by measuring real-world carbon dioxide concentrations, estimating GHG emissions, and developing new GHG analysis tools. STI scientists also measure black carbon and model and analyze its emission sources and transport.
