For the sixth consecutive year, STI was selected as one of the best places to work in the North Bay.  According to the North Bay Business Journal, which sponsored the competition, winners were selected from approximately 100 nominees.  Results are based on an anonymous online survey completed by employees of nominated companies as well as company-provided information regarding topics such as diversity, benefits, family-friendly workplace, and community involvement. 

STI was ranked second among 18 companies in its category and was given an overall score of 4.8 out of 5 by its employees.  The North Bay Business Journal will publish profiles of the winning companies in a special supplement to their September 24 issue.  STI will be honored along with other winners at a gala reception hosted by the Business Journal on September 11 at the Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel in Santa Rosa, Calif.
